Dr. Scott M. Weiner is an ICF-certified executive coach with over 25 years of leadership and managerial experience. He serves as an executive coach at Harvard Business School’s flagship Advance Management Program, coaching C-suite executives from around the world.

A recognized Financial Services leader, he was a Managing Director on Wall Street, ran Janus Henderson Indices, LLC, served as Chair of the Index Committee and Global Head of Quantitative Solutions for Janus Henderson Investors, and served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Janus Henderson Foundation.

Dr. Weiner was also a member of the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team, and has authored a number of publications, including The Complete Guide to ETF Portfolio Management (now in its second edition).

In 2010, Dr. Weiner founded Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS), an organization dedicated to honoring former and current military personnel and their families by connecting them to career opportunities in the Financial Services sector, garnering the prestigious Seven Seals Award from the Department of Defense.

Dr. Weiner is a proud alumnus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Finance and Decision Sciences), Harvard Business School (Advanced Management), and Oxford University (Economics).

He lives in Westport, CT with his wife and two children.
