The Best of the Best Have Coaches

Updated: Mar 19

Simone Biles.

LeBron James.

Yitzhak Perlman.

...

The list goes on and on. There is a commonality amongst those who are at the peak of their craft: they continually strive to improve. Being the best isn't necessarily enough, because these remarkable individuals don't compare themselves to others, but rather seek comparisons to earlier versions of themselves.

At Oxbridge, we strive to partner with individuals who share or seek to develop this philosophy of continuous improvement.

Ask yourself today: what one thing can I work on immediately to improve my performance at work? It might not be your core responsibility; it might be how you communicate effectively or think strategically. It might be asking better questions in meetings. It might be becoming a better writer or becoming more curious about your colleagues and networking. It can be anything that moves you in the right direction. Tomorrow's version of you can be better than today's.
